Valet and iCentral intercom and security products: Three years
Valet and iCentral central vacuum replacement motors: One year
Valet and iCentral central vacuum parts including hoses, floor tools, brushes and accessories: One year
If it's necessary for the item to be returned, it must be returned unused within 30 days in the original packaging. If the product is found to be faulty we may offer a refund or replacement.
